What You Need to Know About Nookcraft
Welcome to Nookcraft. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our DIY miniature kits. By accessing our site, you agree to be bound by these terms. We encourage you to read them carefully as you prepare for your next creative project.
1. Overview & Acceptance
This website is operated by Nookcraft. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Nookcraft team. We provide this platform, including all information, assembly tools, and crafting resources, conditioned upon your acceptance of the terms stated here.
By visiting our site or purchasing a Nookcraft kit, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These apply to all users, including browsers, crafters, and contributors of content.
2. Online Store & Crafting Terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. Our kits often contain small parts and are intended for adult hobbyists or teenagers (Ages 14+) under adult supervision.
- You may not use Nookcraft products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or destructive code that could compromise our crafting community's platform.
- Any breach of these Terms will result in the immediate termination of your account and services.
3. Accuracy of Kit Information & Pricing
We strive for complete accuracy in our product descriptions and assembly guides. However, we are not responsible if information made available on this site is not current or complete. The material provided is for general information and should not be the sole basis for critical decisions without consulting primary sources.
Prices for our miniature kits are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any specific scene or kit style at any time.
4. Products & Custom Builds
Certain Nookcraft kits are available exclusively online. We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our wood, resin, and fabric components as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your monitor's display will be 100% precise.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our kits to any person or geographic region. While we take immense pride in our quality, we do not warrant that the results of your DIY assembly will meet your personal artistic expectations, as the finished product depends on individual crafting technique.
5. Billing & Account Security
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. At our discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per household or per order. This includes orders placed under the same customer account or credit card.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders. Please refer to our Return Policy for details on refunds.
6. Prohibited Uses & Liability
In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to infringe upon Nookcraft's intellectual property or the rights of others; (c) to submit false or misleading information; or (d) to scrape or crawl our site for commercial data.
Disclaimer: Nookcraft provides its kits "as is" for hobbyist use. In no case shall Nookcraft, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury or loss arising from the use or assembly of our products, including the handling of small parts or sharp tools used in the process.
