At Nookcraft, we understand that our miniature kits are intricate and delicate. That is why we prioritize secure, specialized packaging to ensure your project arrives in perfect condition, ready for you to start building.

1. Processing & Handling Time

Before dispatch, every Nookcraft kit undergoes a quality check to ensure all laser-cut panels and LED components are present.

• Standard Processing: Typically 1 business day for in-stock items.
• Peak Seasons: During holidays or for high-demand kits, processing may take 1-3 business days. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your kit is properly inspected and protected.

2. Shipping Times & Carriers

We ship all orders with reliable tracking services to give you peace of mind.

• Estimated Delivery: Most orders arrive within 7-10 days after dispatch.
• Tracking: All shipments include First-Class Mail Tracking® or equivalent international tracking services.
• Expedited Shipping: Priority Mail Express® options are available for selected kits (1-2 business days transit time after processing).

3. What’s Inside Your Shipment?

Every Nookcraft delivery is a complete experience in a box. Your package includes:

• The comprehensive DIY miniature kit (wood, resin, fabric parts).
• English Photo Instructions: Full-color, step-by-step guides.
• LED Lighting system (as specified on the product page).
• Protective Shielding: Specialized internal padding to prevent wood panel breakage during transit.

4. Multiple Item Orders

We strive to deliver all your items at the same time. However, due to the large dimensions of some Diorama or Book Nook kits, items may occasionally be shipped in separate boxes to avoid crushing or transit damage. If your order is split, you will receive distinct tracking numbers for each package.

5. Address Changes & Incorrect Items

Address Changes: Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address once a package is in the hands of the carrier and en route. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive a different kit than what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will prioritize sending you the correct Nookcraft kit at no additional cost.
