1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept a variety of secure payment methods to make your checkout process as smooth as possible:

• PayPal: Securely pay through your PayPal account. Simply select the PayPal option at checkout to complete your build kit purchase. You will receive a confirmation email from both PayPal and Nookcraft once the transaction is successful.
• Credit & Debit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. To ensure your security, our system automatically encrypts your payment information and purges sensitive data immediately after processing. We never store your card details on our servers.

2. International Orders & Fees

Nookcraft is not responsible for any conversion or foreign exchange fees that your bank or credit card issuer may apply to international orders. All prices are processed in USD. Additionally, payments cannot be split between multiple credit cards for a single order.

3. Troubleshooting Payment Failures

If you encounter a "Payment Failed," "Do Not Honor," or "Invalid Service Code" message during checkout, it usually means your card-issuing bank has declined the transaction for security reasons.

To resolve this: We recommend calling the customer service number on the back of your card. Let your bank know you are attempting to place an online order with Nookcraft and request that they approve the transaction. Once they provide verbal authorization, you can return to our site to complete your purchase.
